Eric D. Roiter is currently a lecturer on law at Boston University with courses in Corporations, Financial Regulations and Corporate Governance. He has taught at numerous law schools including Boston College, Harvard Law School and Columbia University Law School. Before becoming an academic, Eric was the General Counsel to Fidelity Investments, and then became the Assistant General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Eric started his legal career at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton.
